Departure:
Meet & Greet A Guest Relations Executive (GRE) along with a porter to receive guest with a placard at vehicle drop off point and assist check-in and accompany till boarding gate.
Arrival:
A Guest Relations Executive (GRE) along with a porter to receive guest at the arrival gate with a placard and assist guest at the baggage belt area and accompany till vehicle parking inside airport premises.
Special Helps Needs
If you have any special needs other than the porter service, it’s important to communicate those needs to care@atithiairportseva.com in advance. Some common special needs that may require porter service include:
Senior Citizens :
Elderly travellers who would like to avail porter service to carry their bags from the vehicle to check-in and also assist wherever possible at the security gate and baggage screening area.
Mobility issues:
If you use a wheelchair or have difficulty walking, you may need a porter to assist you with navigating through the airport or other locations.
Language barriers:
If you are not fluent in the widely spoken language at the airport or other location, you may need a porter who can communicate with you in your native language.
Traveling with children:
If you are traveling with young children or infants, you may need a porter who can assist with strollers, car seats, and other baby gear.
